The Alberta Government has a program available to help Albertans with equipment and supplies to live self-sufficiently. This program is available to all qualifying Albertans. Low income Albertans may also benefit from a reduced cost share. The Alberta Aids to Daily Living (AADL) program helps Albertans with a long-term disability, chronic illness or terminal illness to maintain their independence and for more information, and to see if you are eligible, visit the Alberta Government Website.
An assessment by a health care professional will be required to determine the equipment and supplies that an Albertan can receive through the AADL program.
